Acne meds white film: You should leave on the acne med and apply a moisturizer with SPF 15 or 30. Acne meds like you are using may cause your skin to be very sensitive with exposure to the sun causing irritation or even peeling. It is important to use a facial moisturizer with sunscreen (SPF) protection when using acne meds. If it continues to worsen see your dermatologist or PCP for re-evaluation.
