?why?: Differing sizes of the tonsils can reflect acute infection but can also represent a difference in the tonsils over years of infections. If you have seen an ENT and he/she is not worried, you can consult another. If that evaluation is negative, you need to decide why you are convinced you have cancer and talk it over with your regular doc.
