Possible: If the child's learning disability is causing a lot of family conflicts, this may lead to impaired family functioning and stress. Which, may cause depression.

Not really: Having a child with a learning disability can add stress on a family, but it does not cause depression. If someone has a learning disability get them help so that they can learn to cope wih their unique learning difference and find ways to succeed in school. That will help reduce stress at home.
