Period after ocp: Can be hard to tell. Some women cycle at the same time they did on the pill. Some do not. That you are spotting every 2 weeks means your cycles are as they should be. Please see your gyn and discuss with them. Personally I would l put you back on pill if only to try and regulate your cycles. Hope this helps. Good luck

Non-ovulatory menses: Sounds like irregular bleeding common in woman who are not ovulating . If this persists more than a few months, should be checked by PCP
