Common side effect: It can take your body 3+ months to adjust to all hormonal contraception, including birth control pills. It is not uncommon to get sxs like breast tenderness, nausea, irregular spotting/bleeding, ; cramping. Be sure to take your pill everyday, ideally around the same time. You can try taking Ibuprofen or Naproxen for spotting or cramps. See your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
