Yes!: People with eczema or atopic dermatitis need to keep their skin moisturized. Alcohol is drying to the skin and can be deterimental. Toners that contain alcohol (astringents) should also be avoided. Find a moisturizers that is free of alcohol, scents, dyes, fragrances, or other chemicals. Moisturizers that contain ceramide, free fatty acids and cholesterol (barrier lipids) are very beneficial.
