Temple pain: This sounds as though it could be temporal arteritis which is an inflammation of temporal arteries. The cause is unknown but its thought to be an immune reaction. Sometimes this is biopsied for a definitive diagnosis. Yes, you should see your primary care provider. This may be a symptom of a deeper problem
