Depends: You could possible having something floating around the surface of your eye, but it could also be something as simple as dry eyes. An evaluation by your eye md will be able to determine the etiology.

See your eye doctor: Tis can be related to dry eyes or other ocular surface conditions, not to mention the possibility of a retained foreign body. See your eye doctor.
