Well...: Dry eye signs (redness, burning, scratchiness, blurriness, and tearing) are generally intensified with prolonged near task activities which decreases blink frequency. Cutting back on these types of activities will help. Also 5-10' breaks every hour to help rest, relubricate, and focus away at distant objects can help. The use of Lubricating drops may need some change up. Try gels during sleep.
