What is the complications of varicocele and if it reach to this state, what about recovery?

Varicocele issues: Complications from varicocele include bruising, bleeding, chronic pain, injury to the testicle/epididymis/vas deferens/artery to the testis. Recovery is variable. In your case performed in 2006, these should be resolved or mature problems unless chronic pain. An injection of local anesthetic and steroid to the area may identify the nerves involved with the pain. Ask your urologist/2nd opinion!

Discomfort: Varicoceles are varicose veins in the scrotum. They can cause discomfort and sometimes cause decreased sperm production effecting fertility. Not all of them effect fertility however. They can be surgically repaired. Recovery from surgery depends on the type of surgery use for the repair and how extensive the varicoceles being repaired.
