Pain im my right ear. my tragus is swollen but there is no fluid coming out or any discharge. it is just painful and uncomfortable.

See a doctor: This can vary from a very mild infection to severe disease such as relapsing polychondritis. If you have a pricing or injury this could also be the cause. Sorry I can't give you an answer. Your best bet is to see your doctor or if they can't find an answer an ENT doctor. Good luck to you.

Do you have: An earring?? If so it is probably becoming infected. If not you just might have slept on it funny. If it is not hot and red just watch it. You might try some ice to see if that makes it feel better!

Ear Infection: Most likely Inflammation of soft tissue involving Tragus, External ear infection there is a pain on pressing to pulling of the Pinna of the ear and Tragus. middle ear infection causes pain, may be associated with URI symptoms . Ear discharge can happen in ext & Middle ear infection ( with perforation). Get examined by the doctor for proper Diagnosis. Avoid swimming/ water inside ear till then.
