Gout: Uric Acid levels that high could lead to uric acid deposits and cause gout. There are medications like Indomethacin or anti-inflammatories that help with acute pain and medications prescribed to void the uric acid . Doctors usually prescribe both of them.

Yes: If you have gout you will benefit from Febuxostat or higher dose of Allopurinol atleast 300mg. Diet modification reducing redmeats, seafood and alcohol as well weight loss and cholesterol and BP control with losartan if applicable. Good luck
