You can take on-line: tests to look at accumulative stressors. Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises.

Depends.: From your symptoms, acid reflux, migraines, allergies, you do have stress but the level of stress to allow one to deal with everyday problems is different for everyone. Some deal with stress better than others . If you feel overwhelmed and depressed you will also have a lot of physical symptoms. Talking to a counselor can help you sort some of the causes of your stress.
