Breakthrough bleed: This is probably breakthrough bleeding, where the hormones were not able to maintain the lining of the uterus, so it shed a little. This is fairly common woth low dose OCPs, but can happen when not on pill. It could also be implantation bleeding from a pregnancy, but it's a little early. If you cpdont start on time, check a pregnancy test.
