Could be allergies : Hard to say for sure but allergies can cause a full feeling in your head from sinus pressure, bronchial inflammation that causes cough, as well as sneezing. Try an OTC antihistamine (loratadine, fexofenadine, or certirizine) for a few weeks to see if it helps. If no relief, see doctor
