Several things: It is a good thing our heads were built very strong. With falls in children we look for 1. How they fell and what they hit their head on. 2. Did they lose conciousness? 3. How high did they fall from.4. Did they vomit after ( once is okay right at the time of the fall) vomiting is a very important point. 5. How do they act after the fall. If you concern talk to your pediatrician.
