I ovulated today had sex how long after can i test for pregnancy what are the first noticeable symtoms i can have before a missed period ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

2 weeks: It usually takes until your regular period would be due in two weeks for the home pregnancy tests to pick up a positive. Some women have no symptoms initially, but some of the early symptoms you may note are fatigue, breast tenderness and of course the old well known morning nausea. Blood tests can pick up the pregnancy about 3-4 days earlier than the urine test.
