Yes: Since most pipes and cigars aren't inhaled, they aren't associated as much with lung cancer. They are more associated with mouth and throat cancers. Other cancers are linked as well, but those are the most.

Of cancer?: I assume you mean cancer. Yes, any tobacco use increases your risk of oral and esophageal cancer. Lung cancer is also a risk.

Yes: Cigar and pipe smoking, even if you do not inhale, still increase the risk of cancer, particularly head and neck cancer, which includes mouth, tongue etc.
