I went for an ultrasound n i said that i am 5 weeks pregnant is there any way that the doctors read it wrong i got my tubes clamped about 15 years ago?

Possible-not usually: A small percentage of tubes can recanalize(grow together). sonograms usually accurate. Repeat it and get a pregnancy test.
