Multiple choices: Eat local honey, clean the filters in your air conditioner, wear a mask when working outdoors. Using nasal saline rinse can help in the evenings.

Saline irrigation: If talking about nasal allergies, nasal irrigation with saline is excellent. I highly recommend using a squeeze bottle like neilmed's, instead of the "pots". Make sure to keep bottle clean, use clean water, and the recommended salt and baking soda mix packets (both bottles and packets are sold at pharmacies and other convenience stores).
