Ideally not: Presently the recommended upper limit of dosing for Allegra (fexofenadine) is 180 mg 1X/day. If it's not really helping you, you should revisit this with your primary care doctor as you may respond better to another antihistamine or need something adding to this anti-allergy regimen to help you out.
