March 9: If you're due date is November 30, then the date of conception was March 9. Ultrasound are pretty accurate, but first trimester ultrasounds are more accurate than second and third trimester. First trimester sounds are accurate to within about four or five days. That means your date of conception can be four or five days before or after March 9.
