Not strong dose: Your doc likely increased it because your anxiety and depression were not sufficiently improved. Your dose is not high at all. However, it can take a few weeks for those early side effects to go away. Give it another week or two and if it is still a problem speak with your doc. However, any more severe changes should be reported immediately.

Lexapro (escitalopram): I'm a psychologist but I have had many patients who were prescribed Lexapro (escitalopram). Generally, the starting dose is 10mg. Many stay at that level- if it is effective. After a few weeks others move up to 20mg., which is the standard dose. Fatigue may occur with an increase but it should get better after a short while . If you don't feel better after a week or two contact your doctor .
