Consult Prescriber: Consulting your prescribing provider is a first step. You will find that lowering your dose of Lexapro (escitalopram) from 20mg to 15mg may not have a noticeable effect. Combining this taper with psychotherapy or other non-pharmacological methods may provide better results.
