My stomach has being feeling hard and bloated and i've been breathless for the last three days . what may be the cause? indigestion? or what?

Shortness of breath OR DYSPNEA is a serious symptom. As is sudden abdominal distention, which could indicate Ascites or intra-abdominal fluid collection due to three reasons described above.
