Dyspnea : Need more information from you. Do you have heart, liver or kidney Failure. All three can give symptoms that you are describing. Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms are persistent. Shortness of breath OR DYSPNEA is a serious symptom. As is sudden abdominal distention, which could indicate Ascites or intra-abdominal fluid collection due to three reasons described above.
