Consult your doctor: Usually acute epiglottis does not last for 4 weeks it subsides in a few days,Difficulty in eating solids and feeling dizzy indicates some obstruction /mass in throat.,May be your epiglottis is healing slowly and is thick and swollen.,to cause difficulty in eating solids. Discuss with your doctor,and get investigated to find out the problem
