Only lip eczema: Eczema by definition is a form of dermatitis, or inflammation of the skin. Lip eczema, which is eczema that occurs on or near the lips, leads to redness, cracking, inflammation and severe itching. Gum's "eczema is probably a gingivitis and needs to be addressed by your dentist or periodontist.
