Aquaphor: Try a barrier cream like Aquaphor to seal in moisture and prevent dryness and cracking of lips. Do not overuse chapsticks as these can actually cause worsening of symptoms. Also make sure that you are not putting makeups or lipsticks on that are causing an allergic reaction making your lips worse. Avoid licking lips if that is a habit of yours.
