Mainly astigmatism : Your refractive error primarily shows mostly astigmatism correction, left greater than right eye. I would categorize the correction primarily mild to low moderate.

Not too bad: You have astigmatism that is with the role axis. This means that your astigmatism is youthful which may correct it self with time as the lids get heavier with age. Your correction is mild-mod. Less than one diopter consider mild and 1-5 consider low-high moderate respectively
