It depends ..: White rice isn't the most nutritional dense and it has a high glycemic index(meaning it causes your blood sugar to spike after eating it along with insulin) which are suboptimal(and may increase your risk of diabetes). But just because you eat white rice doesn't mean you'll be nutritional deficient or a diabetic. Just make sure you eat a variety of healthy foods and exercise.

White rice is fine: You're a grown man now and you need to be discerning. There are people out there who will tell you that everything artificial -- even removing the hulls from rice -- is 'bad for you.' Almost all of this is simply made up to frighten you. Don't waste your time on these people. Enjoy your rice as part of a sensible, balanced diet.
