Bartholin cysts : Labial cysts can be painless or painful. If infected can transform into Bartholin's Abscesses. Other lesions that may appear similar are genital warts, papillomas. A gynecologist can insert a small catheter and suction the cysts. If this is an abscess you might require incision and drainage of the lesion and few days of oral antibiotic treatment. Key is to let a gynecologist evaluate the bump.
