Is it normal to go to the bathrom every hour of the day?

Sounds often: You don't mention if it is urination or bowel movements or both. In fact you don't say much - about pain, burning, effectiveness of effort, drink and food intake. But knowing almost nothing - I'd still think it was often. However, a colleague went after each therapy session (to wash hands and clear head). It was healthy in that case.
