Tough situation: Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin at the recommended dose. Look up "Back in Control" for reading. Check in with your local health clinic for referral to chronic pain management.

Exercise: If you are sure of your diagnosis pain meds are not the best treatment. The best long term answer is a physical therapy exercise program. These can be found on the internet. If you have no stomach or kidney problems Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Aleve, Advil can help with the symptoms. If you run into further problems please ask any time and good luck.
