US giuded Rx: The iliopsoas tendon/bursa can be difficult areas to treat. Although you say you had "steroid" therapy did you ever have an ultrasound guided injection (USGI) into the area involved? Ultrasound can help the MD "see" exactly where the injection should go. You may wish to talk to your Family MD to find out who, in your community, can do USGI.
