No.: Trazodone does not cause tardive dyskinesia. It does have other side effects.

Less likely: It would be helpful if you told us how long you were on quetiapine (Seropquel). Were you diagnosed with tardive dyskinesa? At any rate, trazodone is much less likely to cause TD (
