U probably need to: do stretching exercises for the Hamstrings as well as the S/Gastroc muscles + massage 3-4 times a day and apply a pain relieving cream like Aspercreme, Bengay or one of the others. Aleve/Motrim may also be helpful. If no relief, then formal PT with US and specific excercises for these muscle would certainly help. Good Luck.
