Tension type: headache. Many patients feel as if they were wearing a tight hat or having their heads in a vice, a lot of pressure . The pain is of moderate intensity and does not worsen with routine physical activity. The headaches are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the temples, cervical muscles (neck) as well as the pericranial muscles. Rec.:see orofacial pain specialist.
