PCO: Talk to your doctor so you can understand what your personal risk factors for the PCO are? Are you at a healthy weight? Are you exercising regularly? Most doctors don't recommend trying for twins. Without additional information re your medical history, difficult to say what you should do to get pregnant. Best of luck!
