Limited data: Since the extract dose contain small amounts of caffeine one could suffer the same side effects that others note from caffeine intake. Additionally, the chlorogenic acid which is one of the major chemicals in the extract, may also play a laxative role(as it is found in prunes too) and lead to some diarrhea. Overall very limited data is available in this regards. Best of luck.
