Not known how safe: Green coffee bean extracts have caffeine, which is a stimulant, depending on how much caffeine one takes, and on how sensitive his body is to caffeine. There are other plant chemicals as well. Most likely, green coffee is not well regulated nor well studied, so it may contain uncertain amounts of listed ingredients, plus various amounts of unlisted ingredients. One cannot be sure of its effects.

Do not waste your $: Do not waste your time with "weight loss supplements". Green coffee beans are just the latest in a long line of overhyped fads. If you want to achieve weight loss, reduce your carbs to a bare minimum, drink only water, eat lots of low starch veggies and increase your activity levels.

Probably: Green coffee appears to be safe based on the limited research that has been conducted so far. In clinical research, no serious side effects were reported. However, it is important to note that green coffee contains caffeine, similar to regular coffee. Therefore, green coffee can cause caffeine-related side effects similar to coffee.

Yes: I don't think there is any contraindications in moderate safe dosage. But what is your goal? Loosing weight? Watching your diet is the best thing you can do.
