Unlikely: Amitriptyline is a tricyclic anti-depressant, that is sometimes used at low doses to treat pain smptoms, like urs. Though 10mg is a very small dose, and thus the med is unlikely to b effective as an anti-depressant at that dose, its even less likely 4 it 2 cause depression, mood lability,or crying. because everyone is different, always discuss ur meds & any new symptoms with your doctor.
