Could be: Some folks just run a high alk phos, especially if it's non-fasting; your may have Paget's, be short on vitamin D, have parathyroid troubles or any of a number of other things. Your physician is your best guide. Most Paget's is subclinical and rib pain isn't the usual presentation.
