I recently had lab work done and my alkaline phosphatase results were 39-117, which , to my understanding is elevated. what could this mean. i a 35 fe?

Normal range: I think this is a misunderstanding. Your measured value would be a single number, such as103. The numbers you provide are a range of values which are well within normal for alkaline phosphatase. What this means is that we don't know what your ALKPHOS level is.
