Flushing yes: Decadron (dexamethasone) could cause flushing or redness of your face. It may cause redness or even headaches but much less likely the cause of your back pain. You would be wise to discuss these issues with the doctor who gave you the Decadron (dexamethasone) injection. One question we would always have is why did you get the Decadron (dexamethasone) injection ?

Mgt: Sometimes white spots may be due to sun exposure. Wearing a hat and sunscreen while outdoors may help prevent this type of rash. If there are symptoms of an allergic reaction, a visit with your physician is advised.
