Some things to tide : While you really should seek help in person from a healthcare provider. You can do several things to help lessen the symptoms. You can utilize warm(not hot) salt water gargles to decrease the pain in your throat. Additionally, you can rinse your nose/sinus - think a Neti pot - with a salt water solution(would boil before using to avoid parasite infections and then allow to cool to room temp).

Antihistamines: A sinus infection is usually treated with antibiotics prescribed by a physician if they are bacterial in origin. Treatment is usually symptomatic. Antihistaminics like zyrtec, Claritin, (loratadine) allegra... can help with drainage, saline flushes can help clear up the congestion and zinc lozenges or chloraseptic sprays can help ease the pain of the sore throat. No improvement? See PCP.
