Don't worry : Just take it easy and as long as no symptoms this finding is ok. A follow up later is ok in a few years if you are worried.

MRI and 2nd opinion: Typically what I might do in a situation like this, assuming no critical clinical findings, is obtain a MRI and have a fellowship-trained neuroradiologist read it. Unless there is a clinical reason for early brain atrophy (very rare), this might be spurious. MRI will clarify.
