Could be..: ...gas, teething, sore throat. It's reassuring that she's taking baby food, and hopefully she's having close to the same number of wet diapers. You could try giving her a dose of Acetaminophen to see if that makes her comfortable. If she develops any worsening symptoms (high fever, persistent vomiting, bloody diarrhea, lethargy, irritability without being consoled), call your Dr. immediately.
