Dr prescribed 5mg liquid zoloft (sertraline) because i am very medication sensitive. also doing cbt for social phobia. will i have any effects from this low dose?

Yes: Yes, it could. Most probably you start at a very low dose and he will raise it as tolerated until it helps. If you are "sensitive to medications", you may ask your Doctor to order Genetic Studies(usually obtained thru a swab of your cheek), which will tell all your Doctors how your Liver (CYP-450) handles medications to avoid adverse reactions.
