Abdominal pain: It sounds like you are having a reaction to certain foods. Dairy and gluten are two of the common culprits. You could be reacting to anything, though, and you could have something else like an overgrowth of yeast or SIBO that is causing you to have pain due to gas or other symptoms after you eat.
