Hyperhidrosis: Compounded topical Glycopyrrolate 3% used at night is very effective for hyperhidrosis and very well tolerated. You will need a prescription and a compounding pharmacy to have the topical medication made.

Sweat Treatment: Iontophoresis is the most effective treatment for hand sweating. Alternatively, one can use clinical strength antiperspirant available off the shelf. The secret is to apply it at night before bed. It can be washed in the morning and will still work.
